Customer Service Policies

Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee or loss of deposit.

Please reach out to us within 3 days from service if you need anything fixed — anytime after, we may not offer a free fix.

We allow a 15-minute grace period — after that, your appointment may be considered a no-show. Please call if you’re running late. We are very understanding!

No Refund Policy: All services are non-refundable. At the end of the appointment your service provider will offer the opportunity for any adjustments, if no adjustments are needed, the service will be concluded as satisfied and no refunds may be issued.

Service providers may require a deposit for certain appointments.
