Customer Service Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee or loss of deposit.

Please reach out to us within 3 days from service if you need anything fix — anytime after, we may not offer a free fix.

We allow a 15-minute grace period — after that, your appointment may be considered a no-show. Please call if you’re running late. We are very understanding!

Service providers may require a deposit for certain appointments. Specific policies will be mentioned in the service descriptions.
